Children learn through play.  They learn to coordinate their bodies, express themselves and develop their minds and body. Good imaginative play is the basis for academic success, according to the latest research.  Most importantly children use toys to have fun.

The Sunraysia Toy Library is a volunteer run, not-for-profit organisation offering a wide range of quality toys, games, musical instruments and puzzles for babies, toddlers, preschool and early school aged children.

We have TWO wonderful locations.  Our Mildura campus is located at Mansell Reserve, next to the Maternal Child Health Centre and Croquet Club.  Our Red Cliffs campus is located in the Red Cliffs Early Years Hub. The library does not have any paid employees and is run by volunteers who are elected to the committee from the borrowing members.  The Toy Library Committee is made up of approximately 6-10 members who meet bi-monthly.

As a Sunraysia Toy Library Member, you have access to both Toy Library campus’, and are able to borrow and return toys to either (toys don’t need to be returned to the same library they were borrowed from unless specified).

We also have a wonderful range of Party Packs, and sets of tables and chairs, available for low-cost and affordable hire.

Your 12 month membership enables you to borrow toys for 2 weeks at a time.
