• Party packs can be hired to members and non members of Sunraysia Toy Library.
• Payment of the hire fee is to be paid in advance via direct bank transfer and is required to complete the booking request.
• The $50 cash bond per pack will be refunded upon return of the party pack being returned in full (no pieces missing) and in clean condition. 
• A $20 late fee applies if returned more than 20 minutes later than the agreed time (our committee members are volunteers who make time to meet you to collect/drop off the party packs).
• Supervision of the party pack usage must occur at all times.  
• The party packs may be used in "public places" however members of the general public must not be able to access them.  Public places hired for a private function (for example sporting club rooms) and public parks are acceptable as long as general public members aren’t allowed access to the Party Pack items. 
• Any damage or lost items that occur during your hire is your responsibility- please act immediately and report the damage to the Sunraysia Toy Library via email of Facebook message. Please do not attempt to fix any damage yourself.  The damaged or lost item will be fixed or replaced at your expense, by arrangement with the Sunraysia Toy Library. 
• Hire will be for the weekend only; with party packs to be borrowed on Friday/Saturday, and returned on Tuesday morning. You will be contacted by our volunteers to arrange a collection time and a drop off time. 
• You are required to show a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• You must read the Instruction Manual before setting up. 
• Please clean before returning, a damp soapy sponge will take off any dirt.  A cleaning fee applies if items are returned dirty.
• The Water Party Pack must be returned dry. 
• Once booked, if a party pack hire is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to hire date, a 50% refund applies.  No refund is available for a party pack cancellation within 2 weeks of hire date.
• If you are an Organisation, you must provide a copy of your public liability insurance certificate.

Consider using a Ute, large SUV or a trailer to borrow the packs, they all contain large items and will take a lot of space.
